The system is very easy to use, for both students and administrators, and you continue to improve it on a regular basis. The SmarterU customer service staff has always been extremely helpful. Most recently, I contacted the sales department with a nonstandard request. It too was met with an open, positive attitude toward working with us to find a solution.
