ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO STUDENTS

IF YOU WISH TO BE REGISTERED AS A STUDENT ON OUR SITE, YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (WHICH ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT), WHICH MAY BE AMENDED BY US AT ANY TIME OR FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT SPECIFIC NOTICE TO YOU. THE LATEST ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THIS SITE (AND APPROPRIATELY DATE-STAMPED), AND YOU SHOULD PERIODICALLY REVIEW ANY AMENDMENTS TO THESE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU REVIEW ANY AMENDED ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. you may take any Course made available on or through the Site, but only in accordance with the Terms of Use Agreement, these Additional Terms and Conditions, and any terms and conditions imposed by the Course Provider of that Course (including terms and conditions that you must accept in order to download certain content that relates to that Course);
2. you will promptly provide us with any additional information which we may request after you have submitted your Application for Registration to us. In particular, we reserve the right to request copies of documentation which confirms your legal name;
3. you consent to our disclosing your contact information to the Course Provider of any Course offered on a public basis that you register to take, so long as you direct us to do so when you register for that Course;
4. you are limited to a single Account as a Student;
5. some of the Courses require the payment of a fee in order to take that Course. These fees are disclosed in the listing of that Course. Certain taxes and other government charges may be payable in relation to these Courses and, if so, they will be disclosed in the listing of that Course. We accept no responsibility for determining whether or not any taxes or government charges are payable in relation to any Course;
6. fees and taxes/other government charges are collected by us using Paypal;
7. our only obligation to you in relation to any Course that you register to take through the Site is to forward to the Course Provider of that Course your contact information (if you have directed us to do so when you register for a Course offered on a public basis) and any fee that you pay to us in order to take that Course, together with any related taxes or other government charges, net of our commission. In all other respects, you are dealing solely with that Course Provider and not in any manner with us;
8. neither we nor any Course Provider offer any refunds or credits on any Course that you purchase and that you are required to pay for in advance before you take that Course;
9. we cannot and do not guarantee, represent or warrant that files or any other content available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection by software viruses or other harmful computer code, files or programs;
10. you represent and warrant that you will not cheat or engage in any other unacceptable or inappropriate behavior when you take any Course;
11. some of the Courses may relate to various professional fields, with the information in any such Course being herein called "Professional Information". Any such Professional Information is made available to you on or through the Site for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific treatment plan, product, service or course of action. Taking any such Course does not replace consultations with a qualified medical, legal, financial or other relevant professional; and
12. for purposes of the legal relationship between us and you, any reference in the Terms of Use Agreement to "this Agreement" or "the Agreement" shall include these Additional Terms and Conditions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the indemnity that you are already providing to us pursuant to the Terms of Use Agreement extends to any breach of these Additional Terms and Conditions by you.
